Rain showers and thunderstorms are expected to sweep across Massachusetts on Sunday, July 27, according to the National Weather Service. The bulk of the rain is expected to occur Sunday morning until mid afternoon, primarily in the northwest and north central regions of the state.
On Saturday at 8:15 p.m. a flash flood warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 11:15 p.m. for Washington County.
